Replacement Policy:
- We follow a 7-Day Replacement Policy under the following conditions only:
- Wrong Product Received – If the product delivered is not what you ordered.
- Size Exchange Request – If the product does not fit and you wish to exchange for another size.
- Damaged or Defective Product – If the product received is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
- Replacement/Exchange will be delivered within 7-10 working days once we receive the return product.
- For Replacement you must return product within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for Replacement:
- The replacement request must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
- Replacement will be processed only after the returned product passes a quality check.
Non-Eligibility:
- Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. Only replacements or size exchanges are allowed.
- Products that are used, washed, altered, or returned without original packaging will not be accepted.
- Replacement is applicable only once per order.
