  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods & Timelines

  • We offer standard shipping across India.
  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on the location.
  • Remote and rural areas may take longer for delivery.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly communicated on our website.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and courier partner details.
  • You can track your order through our website or the courier partner’s website.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery at the shipping address provided.
  • If the customer is unavailable, a second attempt will be made. If the order cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. Additional charges may apply for re-shipment.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at the time of placing the order.
  • AKAAL ETERNALS is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Delays in Shipping

  • While we strive to deliver within the estimated time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistics issues, or government restrictions.
  • AKAAL ETERNALS will not be held liable for such delays.

8. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within India.
